4 Single Tasks (insgesamt 20 Punkte), 6 Complex Tasks Change Management (insgesamt 40 Punkte), 6 Complex Tasks Knowledge Management (eine sollte bearbeitet warden)


Single Task 1:
Name and describe at least five tactics to work against/with resistance. (5 P)

Single Task 2:
Name “the seven tools” and describe the instrument in which the so-called 4 M’s are included. (5 P)

Single Task 3:
Describe (briefly) the communication principle “from the inside out” and explain its background. Explain the consequences of not keeping to the principle. (5 P)

Single Task 4:
Name and describe at least five obstacles in organisational development processes. (5 P)


Complex Task I:

What are possible triggers that can cause a change to be initiated? (5 P)

What are possible causes of resistance within a change process? (5 P)

I.3
What is the shell explosion strategy marked by? Name three methods employed in the implementation phase of the shell-explosion strategy and what is the purpose of these methods, and where are their limits? (10 P)

What are characteristics of a process of organisational development? Give three examples in which the process of organisational development is a rational approach. (10 P)

Give arguments to convince a change manager who prefers quick solutions, and therefore the shell-explosion approach, to choose organisational development? (5 P)

Die Reihenfolge der Fragen kann falsch sein. Vielleicht kann jmd. noch die letzte Frage ergänzen. Und mir sagen, was bei Single Task 1 als Antwort gefordert war, finde dazu bis jetzt leider nichts in den Lehrheften.

Bei der zweiten Komplexaufgabe kamen u.a. Fragen zu:
Knowledge Spiral, modules of knowledge management (Probst, Raub und Romhardt), K.m. as an interdisciplinary field

P.S.: Wenn da steht "at least" gibt es dann mehr Punkte, wenn man mehrere nennt? Oder wie ist das zu verstehen? Oder kann ich dann mehr schreiben und der Korrekteur sucht sich das passendere Beispiel aus?! Ich habe dann auch nur die "Mindestzahl" genannt, falsch?

Die Mitarbeiter vom Prüfungsamt haben die Noten von der Klausur vom 27.11. bereits vorliegen und geben Auskunft.
