2. Diskutieren: Successful change managers are those who manage to conduct a process of change without a phase of confusion.
3. Ludwig Erhard Prize (Life of L. Erhard and stages of the award)
4. Vergleich UCF (K.Lewin) & 5-phase model (V.Satir).
Komplex 1:
Knowledge management
Komplex 2: (ich glaub 6 Fragen 2x10 und 4x5)
Shell explosion, org. development. (Triggers for initiating change processes, Arguments for org. development instead of shell explosion...)
Mehr fällt mir nicht ein. Zeit wie immer knapp.

Hi,
unser ORG33 Dozent hat erzählt, dass er am 31.1. schonmal diesen Kurs gehalten hat (das letzte Mal), daher sollten die Fragen genau von ihm kommen. Passt thematisch auch mit seiner Stoffeingrenzung zusammen...
